Using the Help Button
In the bottom right corner of every Razoo page, use the floating blue "Help" button to connect with instant support. Type in keywords to find support articles, search the forum, or contact the Customer Support team without ever leaving the page.
Get instant help fast:
- Click the blue "Help" button.
- Type in the keyword(s) that describes your issue.
- Press Enter or click the search icon.
- Select the support article title that covers your issue.
- Still have questions? Contact support directly by clicking the "Leave us a message" button.
Support Forum and How-To Videos
Razoo's support forum (hosted on Zendesk) includes how-to videos, walkthroughs, and webinars to help you build the best fundraising campaigns possible. These articles are managed by Razoo's Customer Support Team.
Our support forum is not part of Razoo's site or platform. The account you may have for Zendesk is not the same as your Razoo user account.
