Razoo offers a free direct deposit option for disbursements through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The EFT option offers disbursement twice each month, while check disbursements occur just once on the 10th of each month.
Organization administrators can sign up or update their EFT information by completing our secure EFT form.
If you are not an administrator, request to become on with our admin claim form.
Administrators will also need to provide a voided check or bank letter verifying their organization's information, including name, address/EIN, bank routing number, and U.S. bank account number. Razoo cannot send funds to non-U.S. banks or other merchant accounts at this time.
If your EFT request has been processed at least 5 business days prior to the 10th or the 25th, then you will be eligible to receive an EFT on the next disbursement date.
For EFT disbursements, nonprofits can expect to receive their donations on the:
- 10th of the month, for donations made from the 16th of the previous month through the last day of the previous month.
- 25th of the month, for donations made from the 1st through the 15th of that same month.
EFTs make it easier for organizations to receive their funds: no more lost checks in the mail, address updates, or depositing checks in 90 days.
